Three pro-Trump television advertisements carrying "Paid for by the U.S. Government" disclaimers have aired in recent days, according to AdImpact.
The first ad promoted Trump's fight against "socialism and communism and Marxism." A second recycled portions of his July 4 speech at Mount Rushmore. The third ad was a carbon copy of an advertisement he ran while campaigning in 2024.
The 2024 campaign ad rerun contains the message: "This is the final battle. With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state, expel the warmongers from our government, we will drive out the globalists, we will cast out the communists."
The ad highlights Trump's claim that he has expelled "the warmongers" from government. At the same time, the Trump administration is waging war against Iran, according to the sources.
The use of government funds to air political advertisements has drawn scrutiny. Former Rising host Sagar Enjeti commented on the matter via social media, questioning whether a U.S. Government-paid ad promoting Trump had actually aired.
